History

Our mission is to provide the comprehensive, client-driven planning services for individuals and couples in trust and estate law matters. As a boutique firm, we value each individual client relationship and aim to forge lifelong relationships with our clients and partners.

The firm’s founder, Keith Czechowicz (“check-o-wits”), is a Twin Cities native and earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Political Science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. After graduation, Keith enrolled at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, where he earned a J.D. degree with honors. Throughout law school, Keith worked full-time for a local home furnishings retailer and was blessed with the arrival his oldest daughter, Olivia. During law school, and since graduating, Keith volunteered with Wills for Heroes, a local nonprofit providing estate planning services to Minnesota police officers, firefighters, and military veterans. Keith is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Keith aims to help all his clients establish meaningful, lasting legacies for their families through individualized services tailored to meet the client's particular needs. Keith employs a comprehensive approach, and regularly works with clients’ financial planning, accounting, legal, and other professionals to develop a plan that meets clients short and long-term goals.
